Don Post B&W Sweater Ad - Creepy #5
Creepy #4 contained no monster mask ad, but issue 5 contained a black and white version of the sweater ad on the inside back cover, along with a stunning Frazetta cover! Other than the lack of color, there is no significant difference between the two versions of the sweater ads.
