I'm not sure what the origin of this short article is, but it appears to have been written during Verne Langdon's time with the studio after the release of the Universal Horrors in 1964...

1963 Don Post Studios Brochure

This four-page promotional brochure has some wonderful images of early Don Post Studios masks, including the Hollywood Horrors line, as well as Don Sr., Verne Langdon, and several popular personalities of the time. Forgive the excessive watermarking on these images. It's not done to claim possession of these, but rather to thwart those that might try to sell these images as the real deal on auction sites as has been done with a few of the early un-watermarked catalog scans I've posted in the past.

1965 Don Post Studios Monster Merchandise Campaign Materials

These scans of the 1965 Don Post Studios Monster Merchandise Campaign are an amazing early piece of DPS history. They appear to layout the framework of the Monster Daze events, which may very well represent the pinnacle of the 1960's Monster Kid phenomenon. More on Monster Daze here, here, and here. Please forgive the profuse watermarking of these documents, but I would hate to see copies of these ever being offered up for sale as originals.
