1976-77 Franco American Catalog

This Franco's catalog is stuffed full of mid-70's monster mask goodness. Don Post, Be Something Studios, Topstone, Travelers, and Cesar are all represented here, as well as a few others. They range from the ultra deluxe Don Post 1000 line to the thin and flimsy dime store variety. Good stuff in here creeps!

  1. Is that a randotti skull in the last pic?

  2. It looks like one, but it could be a knockoff. Hard to tell from the photo

  3. The Cyclops on page 5 with hair- who made it? The caption says imported. Does that mean Cesar? I know there was a very similar one with sculpted hair from Topstone. I think I had it around 1968

  4. It was likely an import from West Germany. I'm not certain who was the manufacturer of the West German masks from this period, but there were many Topstone knockoffs coming from a factory at this time. There is little, if any, information on these masks available online.
