Two of these masks (Slappy and Decayed) would go on to be produced by Death Studios while several others would appear in future Darkside Studios line-ups. More photos of most of these masks can be seen at the Devil's Workshop Archive Page.
The photos of the collector's edition masks form the catalog are awful poor quality. I was lucky enough to have saved one copy of each which are pictured here:
