Ah, I see it. Placerville, CA. That's northeast of Sacramento and was a big travel hub during the historical Gold Rush Days. Must've been regional as I don't remember a store by that name in SoCal. I also see the leg warmers for sale. They were a hot item in the early 80's worn over Jordache jeans!
